ABOUT THE JOB

  • You build up and maintain relationships with our customers to maintain and improve our customer satisfaction.
  • You are responsible for on-site installation and commissioning of our equipment.
  • With corrective- and preventive maintenance you help our customers to run their business smoothly.
  • Equipment qualification and validation is as well a part of your tasks.
  • You support customers on the phone or online to clarify and solve technical issues.
  • You offer maintenance contracts and you provide customers with appropriate technical advice and recommendations.

To reinforce our service team we are offering at the earliest possible date a full-time permanent position as Field Service Engineer. You live in the south of the Netherlands and will work field based to support our customers in the BeNeLux and occasionally in other European countries. We guarantee you will be made to feel right at home in our organization. We are there for each other and share our knowledge in order to offer our clients the highest possible quality of service.

THIS IS YOU

  • You have a technical background.
  • You have experience as a Field Service Engineer or in a comparable role.
  • You are able to troubleshoot, test, repair and service technical equipment and applications.
  • You are able to work independent, but also being a team-player and work together with your colleagues in sales and customer service to meet the customer’s needs.
  • You have curiosity and pleasure in learning new methods/techniques.
  • you are self-organized and stand for “hands-on mentality”.
  • You can work with Microsoft Office programs.
  • Fluent written and spoken English and Dutch. (French would be ideal)
  • Driving license B.
  • You are ideally based in the south of Netherlands and have a high willingness to travel.
