Field Service Engineer

To strengthen our service team for the support of our customers with focus on Denmark and Sweden, we are looking for a full-time
Field Service Engineer as soon as possible.
You build up and maintain relationships with our customers to maintain and improve our customer satisfaction.
You are responsible for on-site installation and commissioning of our equipment.
With corrective- and preventive maintenance you help our customers to run their business smoothly.
Equipment qualification and validation is as well a part of your tasks.
You support customers on the phone or online to clarify and solve technical issues.
You offer maintenance contracts and you provide customers with appropriate technical advice and recommendations.

Our European Campus is located in Troisdorf - Germany. Our Danish office is located in Copenhagen. In this international role you will work closely with colleagues across Europe. We guarantee you will feel at home in our organisation right from the start.
You have a technical background (preferably incl. electronic background).
You have experience as a Field Service Engineer or in a comparable role.
You are able to troubleshoot, test, repair and service technical equipment and applications.
You are able to work independent, but also being a team-player and work together with your colleagues in sales and customer service to meet the customer’s needs.
You have curiosity and pleasure in learning new methods/techniques.
You are self-organized and stand for “hands-on mentality”.
You can work with Microsoft Office programs.
High willingness to travel (70%), also to other European countries (including air travel).
Fluent English skills (verbally and in writing), fluent Danish skills.
Driving license class B and driving experience
