ABOUT THE JOB

A few examples of your activities

  • You build up and maintain relationships with our customers.

  • You are responsible for on-site installation and commissioning of our equipment.
  • With repair and maintenance work you help the customers to run their business smoothly.
  • Equipment qualification and validation is as well part of your tasks.
  • You support customers by advising them to clarify and solve technical issues and prepare corresponding cost estimates.
  • You offer maintenance contracts and support our customers in case of arising questions.

To reinforce our service team we are offering at the earliest possible date a full-time permanent position as Field Service Technician. You will work from our office in Waalwijk. You will work field based and will support our customers throughout the Benelux and occasionally in other European countries. We guarantee you will be made to feel right at home in our organization. We are there for each other and share our knowledge in order to offer our clients the highest possible quality of service.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

    • You have completed training as a service technician or service engineer.
    • You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in technical customer field service.
    • Ability to work independent, but also being a team-player and work together with your colleagues in sales and customer service to meet the customer’s needs.
    • Curiosity and pleasure in learning new methods/techniques.
    • Experience in dealing with Microsoft Office programs.
    • Fluent written and spoken English.
    • Fluent written and spoken Dutch
    • Driving license class B.
    • High willingness to travel.
