ABOUT THE JOB

A few examples of your activities

• You build up and maintain relationships with our customers

• You are responsible for on-site installation and commissioning of our equipment
• With repair and maintenance work you help the customers to run their business smoothly
• Equipment qualification and validation is as well part of your tasks
• You support customers on the phone or online to clarify and solve technical issues and prepare corresponding cost estimates
• You offer maintenance contracts and support our customers in case of arising questions

MEET YOUR TEAM

THIS IS YOU

• Successfully completed training in the technical field, ideally in the field of electronics
• Willingness and pleasure in learning new methods/techniques
• Experience in dealing with software installations, network technology and their connection
• Experience in dealing with Microsoft Office programs
• High willingness to travel, also to European countries (including air travel)
• Experience in technical customer field service would be an advantage
• Fluent German and good English skills (B1)
• Driving license class B and driving experience
