Financial Controller (m/f/d)
Become a part of I&L Biosystems and support us in a diverse area of responsibilities. Contribute with your knowledge and experience to keeping the business administration up to date. Develop and prepare all types of ad hoc analyses, contribute to the planning and control cycle, create forecasts and cash flow planning in an international, european context.
A few examples of your activities:
Handling of general ledger accounting incl. statement of accruels and contingent liabilities etc.
Create reports and analyse sales figures to evaluate the company's performance
Development, optimisation and maintenance of reporting and analysis tools for effective data visualisation and evaluation
Supporting budget planning and forecasting as well as analysing variances
Supporting monthly and annual financial statements by providing relevant financial data
Ensuring compliance with local financial regulations and accounting standards
Cooperation with external auditors and contact person for tax authorities
Monitoring and clarification of open AR invoices (Credit control)
Active participation in projects for the organisation, digitalisation and optimisation of accounting processes
Investment planning and controlling
Release of the payment run and coordination of dunning run
Bring up ideas for development and control of KPI’s in the departments

Successfully completed bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics or in another highly analytical field or a successfully completed commercial training, ideally with further training as a balance sheet accountant (m/f/d) or a successfully completed training as a tax clerk (m/f/d) or equivalent experience
Ability to meet tight deadlines, prioritise workload and achieve effective results in a fast-paced, dynamic, ever-growing and often ambiguous european/international environment
A minimum of 8 years of professional experience in financial controlling
Prior experience with Exact and cloud solutions like PowerBI would be an advantage
Confident handling of MS Office applications, especially Excel
Fluent in German, very good English skills, knowledge of French is an advantage but not a must
You are reliable, independent, self-starting and have a structured way of working
Distinct ability to work in a team, affinity for numbers as well as high self-motivation
