Quality Management Representative

ABOUT THE JOB

You will be responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining quality standards and procedures in our organisation. Your tasks will include the following:

• The main priority is to complete the annual audit schedule covering all elements of the ISO 9001 standard and ensuring compliance through internal and surveillance audits.

• You plan, conduct and evaluate internal audits and accordingly implement system-related corrective and preventive measures

• You plan, conduct and follow-up on customer audits

• You process customer complaints and derive CAPA measures

• You contribute to the planning and implementation of the company-specific quality policy and quality objectives

• Your tasks also include answering qualification questionnaires and drawing up quality agreements

• You support in the preparation of the annual management review

• You take care of creating, updating and further developing of our English-language QM documentation

• You provide our colleagues with training and information on quality-related topics

• You are responsible for master data maintenance in our central ERP system

THIS IS YOU

• You have a university degree or a completed commercial education

• You have an additional qualification in quality management according to DIN EN ISO 9001

• You have several years of experience in QM (at least 2-3 years), preferably in a medical sector or within the bio/pharmaceutical industry

• You have a good knowledge of process and project management basics

• You have several years of experience and knowledge in dealing with SharePoint

• You are confident and have a high degree of independence and a strong sense of responsibility

• Ability to indirectly influence in order to achieve measurable results in a high-performance continuous improvement environment

• You are an open and communicative person

• You are fluent in written and spoken German and also have a very good knowledge of written and spoken English (B2/C1)
