Executive Assistant
As our Executive Assistant, you will be the right hand to our CEO and CFO, ensuring they can focus on strategic decision-making by handling their administrative, operational, and communication needs. You will be at the heart of our organisation, keeping everything on track and contributing to our growth and success.
A few examples of your activities
Manage the CEO and CFO’s calendars, schedule meetings, and prepare agendas, documents, and presentations.
Handle email correspondence and ensure timely follow-ups and action items are completed.
Act as a key point of contact between leadership and internal/external stakeholders.
Support the execution of strategic initiatives and key projects, such as branch expansion.
Organize international travels for the CEO and CFO, business events, trade shows, and company meetings.
Maintain and manage important documents, contracts, reports, and correspondence.
Identify and address key communication needs and opportunities within the organization.
Foster a positive company culture by supporting leadership and engaging with employees.

You are a professional who handles confidential information with integrity and discretion. Your warm and service-oriented approach ensures that stakeholders always feel valued and supported. With strong organisational skills and attention to detail, you keep everything running smoothly, even in high-pressure situations. You have a representative appearance, presenting yourself with confidence and professionalism in every interaction.
You also have:
5+ years of experience in a similar role supporting senior management in an international environment.
Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
A service-oriented mindset, acting as a true ambassador for our company.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to adapt to new software.
Basic knowledge of contract management, compliance, and regulatory matters.
Fluency in English and German (Dutch is a plus).
Flexibility in working hours and willingness to travel when needed.
You want to work at least 30 hours per week.
