To strengthen our service team for the support of our customers with a focus on Eastern Germany, Austria and Switzerland, we are looking for a full-time service technician (m/f/d) in the field of Central/Eastern Germany (south of Saxony-Anhalt) as soon as possible. We are offering a permanent contract.

  • You build up and maintain relationships with our customers to maintain and improve our customer satisfaction.

  • You are responsible for on-site installation and commissioning of our equipment.
  • With corrective- and preventive maintenance you help our customers to run their business smoothly.
  • Equipment qualification and validation is as well a part of your tasks.
  • You support customers on the phone or online to clarify and solve technical issues.
  • You offer maintenance contracts and you provide customers with appropriate technical advice and recommendations.

  • You have a technical background.

  • You have experience as a Field Service Engineer or in a comparable role.

  • You are able to troubleshoot, test, repair and service technical equipment and applications.

  • You are able to work independent, but also being a team-player and work together with your colleagues in sales and customer service to meet the customer’s needs.

  • You have curiosity and pleasure in learning new methods/techniques.

  • You are self-organized and stand for “hands-on mentality”.

  • You can work with Microsoft Office programs.

  • High willingness to travel, also to other European countries (including air travel)

  • Fluent German and good English skills (B1)

  • Driving license class B and driving experience
