As our Functional Application Manager, you play a key role in making sure our technology supports our people and business.
ABOUT THE JOB
As our Functional Application Manager, you will be the internal specialist for I&L Biosystems' business applications and system-supported processes. You will work closely with Finance, Customer Service, Sales and Management to make sure our systems support the business effectively. You will report directly to our CFO. You will have a strong focus on Exact Globe, while also working with applications such as Power BI, Synergy and Lucanet. You will combine functional application management with process improvement, vendor management and innovation, including the further development of our AI agenda. You will have the opportunity to build, improve and professionalize the way we use technology across the organisation.
A few examples of your activities
Act as the internal specialist and go-to person for our business applications and system-supported processes.
Understand and improve end-to-end business processes across the organisation.
Translate business needs into practical functional requirements and system solutions.
Analyse issues, identify root causes and take ownership through to resolution.
Manage the functional relationship with Exact Globe and coordinate enhancements, integrations, upgrades and complex incidents.
Support Power BI, Synergy, Lucanet and other reporting and workflow solutions.
Manage software vendors, consultants, contracts, licences and support agreements.
Help further develop our Power BI reporting, dashboards and management information.
Improve data quality, reporting automation and accessibility.
Work with the CFO and CEO on our AI policy, governance and implementation.
Identify and implement practical AI opportunities that improve productivity and decision-making.
Continuously identify opportunities to simplify, standardise and automate our processes.
Support colleagues in adopting new systems, functionality and ways of working.

WHAT YOU BRING
5–10 years of relevant experience as a Functional Application Manager, Business Application Manager, ERP Consultant or in a comparable role.
Strong hands-on experience with Exact Globe ERP is essential.Experience with Power BI and preferably Synergy, Lucanet or comparable reporting/workflow tools.
Experience with business process improvement, system implementations, upgrades or integrations.
Experience managing software vendors, support desks and external consultants.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder-management skills.
Professional command of English; Dutch is an advantage.
